Description: 1967 Mustang For Sale
My Baby! My first car I've ever owned and have done nothing but love her. I've had so much fun driving this car and I'm sad to say that time and money constraints have led me to sell her. She's not a bad car at all, Only needs some TLC from a new owner and she'll be back to her prime.

I've been complimented on how well I've managed to take care of her. I've been told by mustang mechanics/enthusiasts that she "stands" very well and after giving her several inspections have concluded that she is in very good shape. One mechanic even told me to never let go of this car, since it is such a good specimen. Theres is little to no unrepairable rust.

Under the hood, is a very clean (despite some minor oil stains) and solid engine, which has just recently undergone a significant tune-up: Both left and right engine mounts and tranny mount are new, timing adjusted, new and tuned carb from Pony Carburetors, new spark plugs down to distributor cap, new fuel line, and new oil and filter. Radiator has been rebuilt along with new upper and lower hoses with new coolant. And a completely rebuilt head and rocker assembly, not even a month old.

Front suspension is new (one year old): everything new except for springs and inner rods.

Braking system is almost completely restored: New reservoir, new sub-lines, and the front brakes are new except for drums, the rear brakes have new shoes, all bled professionally.

Exhaust pipes and muffler are new but were done by previous owner. Exhaust manifold is still original.

Interior is new and mostly finished. New carpet, new seat covers (foam pads still original), new headliner, and new dash. I have also replaced the driver-side window mechanism. I have also had new weather stripping installed.

High priority fixes: Rear suspension.

Low priority fixes: The previous owner installed a new stereo which involved modifying the radio bracket so that the new radio would fit but at the cost of the old radio unable to be reinstalled. But I do have the original radio. And I believe in order for the radio to be installed they spliced the electrical harness. Currently the gauge cluster and dome lights don't work. However, electronically speaking everything else on the car works. The antenna should also be looked at. Some minor body work also needs to be done. This car's a head turner in its currents state, I can only imagine how much better it'll look once it has new paint and smooth curves.

If I'm missing anything (and I'm sure I am) please don't hold it against me as it is not done intentionally, and will gladly tell you either when it arises, or if I happen to remember it.

I highly encourage you to come by and inspect this car yourself if you're within the area, please contact me about potential appointments, thanks!

I really wanted to see this daily driver/project through till the end, and I'm certain the next owner will easily be the one to own this car when it shines. This is a good "no holds barred" car, as numbers do not match, and anything "collector-wise" is long gone. Have fun with this car, maybe put a bigger engine in it, or keep it an economy car, whatever you do, please drive the hell outta it!

Call me if interested, and don't be afraid to leave a simple "I called regarding your mustang, here's my phone number" message if I don't pick up, as I'm out most of the day. Don't worry too much about time differences as I'll be more than happy to talk to you about the car early or late (be reasonable though). If you're still unsure about calling me, feel free to drop me an e-mail.
