You are looking at a real nice 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. It’s a true real deal S Code 390 GT 4 Speed Car, with the 9” 3.25 limited slip rearend.
This car came from the factory with deluxe interior, which it still has and it’s in great shape.
Other interior features include upper and lower consoles in good shape, 6k tach dash, folddown rear seat and radio.
This car runs and drives great. It fires right up, and the engine sounds great. Has a nice cam lope, which you can hear in the video.
Engine:
390 GT Engine
14 Bolt GT Heads
Aluminum Intake Manifold
C6ME Block
Engine was freshened up about 3 years ago.
Runs and sounds great.
Camshaft is a little more aggressive than factory, but great for the street. Sounds Great. Exhaust is dumped under the car.
Transmission and Driveline:
4 Speed Toploader Transmission
9” Limited Slip Rearend 3.25 Gear Ratio
Transmission shifts and feels great. All gears fuinction as they should.
Interior:
Black Deluxe Interior
Folddown Rear Seat
Upper and Lower Consoles
6k Tach Dash
The interior is overall very nice. I have some new parts that go with the car that will make it better. Such as new gauge bezels, new dash trim, new deluxe steering wheel center pad, new gauge lenses and needle. It could use a new knee dash pad (the lower one).
Front Seat covers are new. Interior isn’t perfect but its very nice.
Body:
Overall the body is very nice and straight. All doors open and close nicely, trunk opens and shuts as it should, hood fits good. New owner will get a new turn signal hood and the wiring if they can pick the car up. I will not ship it separately, unless the new owner pays for shipping costs.
The frame rails front and rear are solid. Trunk floors are solid, fenders aprons and rocker panels are also very solid. Solid quarter panels, smooth roof, solid hood and trunklid.
There is no major rust in this car. The car was originally Acapulco blue but was painted white years ago. The paint is driver quality and has chips here and there. If you want a concourse car, it would need paint. But its show well and looks good as it sets. Couple small bubbles on the entire car.
The car has a VIN door tag and the buck tag on the fender apron. The driver apron was changed at some point in its life, so the VIN is gone. But it has the original buck tag with the VIN on it.
Glass:
All of the glass is intact and has no cracks or chips. Windows roll up and down very well.
Located in Mt Hope WV 25880.
Price is 40k OBO
